Hi Kevin,
I have checked all this, I made some change but recently prior to that I could run apps every bit admin, and so the apps don't accept a problem. Also I didnt alter my status in my laptop so I am still an admin, but I did something else either in firewall or somewhere that just doesn't allow app to run as admin.

Thank you for your detailed response. Do you have organization restore on your account ?
I would suggest to restore the changes on the engagement where the PC is working fine.
To do that press windows key and type : restore
Click on create restore signal.
Click on System Restore.
Click on Next
Select the restore signal that y'all desire to utilise on your computer.
Click the Scan for affected programs push.
Click on Shut.
Click on Adjacent.
Click on Terminate.
Once you complete the steps, System Restore volition return your calculator to the previous working state.

I don't have any previous restore betoken so when I did what y'all suggested the laptop just restored today'south settings.

To do that printing windows key and type : restore
Click on create restore point.
Click on System Restore.
Click on Side by side
Select the restore bespeak that yous want to use on your computer.
Click the Scan for afflicted programs button.
Click on Close.
Click on Next.
Click on Finish.
Once you complete the steps, System Restore will return your computer to the previous working land.
